We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team and oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Chinese and English , with a strong background in e-commerce and the shipping process . If you are a motivated individual with at least 3 years of warehousing experience , we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory, shipping, and receiving.
• Oversee staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely fulfillment of e-commerce orders.
• Maintain and improve warehouse organization and processes to optimize productivity.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and vendors to manage the logistics process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Use and manage warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• 3+ years of warehouse management experience , preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong understanding of shipping processes , including domestic and international logistics.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms and their operational processes.
• Knowledge of customs, import/export regulations, and inventory forecasting.
