• JOB DUTIES : OVERVIEW: Warehouse manager will be leading the associates, planning and coordination of warehouse activities (inbound, outbound, storage, order processing, and inventory controls)

BEST PRACTICES

• Drivers sign in with ID checks.
• Initiate best practice at receipt (skid/carton counts)
• OS & D management
• Space utilization & optimization
• Proactive communications

INVENTORY

• In conjunction with Warehouse Manager, all non-transload goods are entered into WMS, labels produced, and cargo racked within 24 -48 hours of receipt.
• WMS scanning and adherence.

FLOOR MANAGEMENT & INBOUND/OUTBOUND ASSISTANCE:

• Coordinating the inbound and outbound schedules.
• coaching with floor temp labor.
• Assist with hours control.
• Ensure best practices are used.
• No goods remain on the floor.
• FCL floor loads managed and devanned in proper time frames.
• Escalate any issues to the General manager.
• Audit pick orders
• Audit outbound orders
• Safety adherence / cleanliness
• Other assigned tasks/duties
• Forklift/Turret truck certified

Job Elements :
Must be able to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
Stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
Access all areas of this may include ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and shipping docks safely and without limitation.
Walk in/and around all areas of the warehouse with great frequency.
Willing and able to work weekends based on business needs.
Regularly bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head
Lift and move items up to 49 pounds
