St. Leonard features independent living, assisted living, dementia care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, and adult day care as well as a community wellness center that encompasses a fitness center, and restaurant.

Salary: Up to $24 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

The Volunteer Manager recruits candidates for volunteer opportunities and coordinates the volunteer program.

1. Recruits candidates for volunteer opportunities.
   2. Coordinates the volunteer program. Maintains volunteers’ hours, records, and TB
   screening schedules.
   3. Provides general and job-specific orientation for volunteers and training for supervisors
   on how to manage and train the volunteer at the site.
   4. Provides recognition to volunteers.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business- or Human Resources-related field required.

Experience: Previous Human Resources or Health Care experience preferred. Experience working with volunteers preferred.
