GENERAL FUNCTION

This role provides crucial support to the SGH VM Team, which oversees visual merchandising for over 1,500 Sunglass Hut locations, including SGO stores (within Bass Pro and Cabela's), Solaris, and host businesses like Bloomingdale's and Macy's. The team is responsible for managing graphic inventory, developing visual guidelines, coordinating store openings, and overseeing store capacity and maps.

The position requires a highly analytical individual who excels in data interpretation and analysis to support two key functions: graphic management and store mapping. These functions are distinct within the Sunglass Hut portfolio. A solid background in inventory management is essential, along with experience in retail design, store mapping, and capacity planning, to effectively contribute to the analytical demands of the mapping team.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PART 1

• Support graphic management team with inventory management and fulfillment reports/billing (weekly)

• Review new store opening graphic inventory needs on a weekly basis

• Liase with a third-party vendor on online inventory management platform to communicate and resolve issues, needs and edits

• Coordinate processes lists, reprint plans and quantities with cross functional teams

• Analyzing Store visit data & closing the loop on prop/graphic support (Monthly)

PART 2

• Support with store mapping amendments (twice a year). Maintaining tracker and organizing comments from stores + replying to stores + agency coordination.

• Support organization for Master Data (NRR, amendments requests, and transition to new Master Data platform)

• VM Capacity confirmations: support in confirming store capacity upon amendment, store excellence, and/or planning requests (counting, check pictures and support the team and agency).

• Store visit data analysis & reports(monthly)

• Microsoft office

• Advanced Excel skills (PIVOT TABLES, V-LOOK UP, CONDITIONAL FORMATTING, DATA ANALYSIS & VALIDATION)
