Job Description

Signing Agent Jobs ( is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Virtual Notary Public to work in the U.S. only. CATEGORY: Living Trusts JOB TYPES: FT/PT; MUST be a U.S. citizen. OVERVIEW: In this role, you will play a vital role in facilitating secure and efficient remote notarization for Living Trusts, an essential component of estate planning. Your extensive knowledge of notarial laws and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the legality and validity of these critical documents. You will work closely with clients in estate planning, offering a seamless and secure virtual notarization experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct virtual notarization sessions for Living Trust documents and related estate planning materials. Employ various identity verification methods and knowledge-based authentication to confirm the identities of signatories. Thoroughly review Living Trust documents to ensure their completeness, accuracy, and adherence to legal requirements. Maintain accurate and organized records of notarial acts, adhering to stringent data privacy and security protocols. Stay up-to-date with state-specific notary laws, regulations, and developments in virtual notarization. Provide clear and effective guidance to clients throughout the virtual notarization process.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

High school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in. Extensive experience in notarizing Living Trust documents and familiarity with estate planning. Strong understanding of virtual notarization laws, regulations, and best practices. Proficiency in using virtual notarization platforms and video conferencing tools. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality while working remotely. Comfortable adapting to new technologies and processes. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up. PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment. BENEFITS: 401(K); Contract work; Flexible schedule.
