Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an entry-level Virtual Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior executives. As a Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence, all from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings

· Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and rental cars

· Handle email and phone correspondence, responding to messages and forwarding relevant information

· Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports

· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

· Work independently in a remote setting, maintaining productivity and focus

Requirements:

· 0-2 years of administrative experience (remote work experience a plus)

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

· Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with calendar management and travel coordination

· Knowledge of email etiquette and phone protocol

· Certification in administrative assistance (e.g., Certified Administrative Assistant)

· Experience working with senior executives or in a fast-paced environment
