ABOUT THE JOB
This role is for an agency growth leader with a proven track record of successfully leading the multiple phases of large new business pitches for an agency. At the core, this role will consistently reinforce best practices, providing strategic counsel and streamlining processes to drive impact. As such, it requires a comprehensive understanding of the communications industry, Zeno’s capabilities, IP, design assets, client portfolio and culture.
To be successful, this role must work seamlessly with agency leaders and have a broad understanding of the multiple facets of our business. At its core, this is a collaborative role that will require you to work with new business leads and agency leadership across the network – primarily in NY/DC, Chicago and California – as well as serving as a resource to and enlisting the support of global counterparts. You’ll connect dots across the agency, driving cross-office and cross-functional teams to successful pursuits across reactive, proactive and select organic growth efforts.
The ideal candidate will have an intense personal drive and a desire to support the agency’s growth through discipline, collaboration and focus. This role will work alongside agency leaders to build our business, acting as an essential project manager and strategic leader for large new business opportunities and a guardian of Zeno’s brand internally and externally.
Responsibilities$95,000 - $156,000 a year
Pay range: $95,000 - $156,000/year USD.
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
