About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Commercial Loan Experience Officer to join its dynamic and innovative team. The successful candidate will serve as a critical bridge between commercial bankers, lending assistants, and the backend loan closing and operations department. This role is pivotal in streamlining execution, enhancing the customer experience, and ensuring that bankers can focus on growth and relationships while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and consistency with internal processes. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary link between frontline and operations, championing a best-in-class client journey, and partnering with the loan operations team on funding and disbursement processes. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a specific focus on credit and loans. The role requires a proven track record in developing and managing successful teams, exceptional strategic thinking, and analytical skills. The VP, Commercial Loan Experience Officer will also be responsible for loan documentation, due diligence, and compliance, and must have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The position demands a leader who can mentor and partner with lending assistants to standardize best practices, enhance efficiency, and ensure strong execution discipline.
