What You'll Do:

Assist with pet restraint, triage incoming patients, and collect medical histories.

Perform lab sample collection and analysis, diagnostic imaging, and administer medications.

Provide care for hospitalized pets, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Communicate treatment plans clearly and compassionately with pet owners.

Prepare for surgical procedures, assist during surgeries, and manage anesthesia.

Maintain a clean and safe environment while following best practices in animal care.

Handle a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, exotic pets, and local wildlife.

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience as a Veterinary Assistant (preferred).

A compassionate, calm, and team-oriented approach.

Strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills.

Ability to properly restrain pets in a safe and humane manner.

Proficiency in collecting samples, conducting lab tests, and taking radiographs is a plus.

A proactive attitude and eagerness to continue learning and growing in the field.

Willingness to work in an environment with exposure to animal-related noises, odors, and potential scratches or bites.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $15 - $19 per hour (based on experience).
