We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher with a strong background in Product Inclusion to lead our research initiatives, ensuring our products are accessible and equitable. The ideal candidate will be skilled in conducting comprehensive qualitative research, from study design through to presenting actionable insights, to support the development of products that meet the diverse needs of all users. This role involves close collaboration with cross?functional teams to embed inclusive thinking throughout the product development lifecycle.
