This role involves crafting compelling and clear UX content for the client's shopping app and website, with a focus on enhancing customer delivery experiences. This is a full-time, contract position expected to last through the end of 2024. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Write clear, concise, and empathetic UX content for a global audience. Use data-driven insights to iterate and refine content. Lead content strategy for complex, high-profile initiatives. Collaborate closely with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers. Apply best practices in localization and accessibility to UX writing. Maintain and update content libraries and frameworks. Must-Haves: Experience: 5+ years of professional UX writing/content strategy experience, preferably in B2C eCommerce.
