Pay Range: $40 - $44/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:UX designing, UX Strategy & research, Prototyping & Wireframing.
• UX Designer:
• Familiar with information architecture, interaction design and visual design UX industry standards and principles .
• Familiar with standard UX design processes and research methodologies .
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, design thinking workshops etc. to understand stakeholder requirements and pain points .
• Develop user flows and user personas to represent different type of users .
• Design wireframes and prototypes using different tools (such as Figma, Adobe XD etc.) for seamless user navigation .
• Ensure that design solutions meet all business and user requirements .
• UX Researcher :
• Familiar with UX research industry standards and principles .
• Familiar with standard UX design processes and research methodologies .
• Advise and consult with partners on research methodology, approach and plan .
• Plan, execute and report on research findings to stakeholders and partners .
• Collaborate with designers to develop prototypes and research stimuli .
• Conduct generative and evaluative research to test the solutions to optimize user experience .
• Advise and consult with partners on customer-insights, insights translation and recommendation .
• UX Content Designer and Strategist :
• Familiar with UX content writing and content strategy industry standards and principles .
• Familiar with standard UX design processes and research methodologies .
• Translate customer needs and insights into strategy for content development and communication approach .
• Collaborate with designers to design content experiences aligned to content strategy .
• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements .
• Collaborate with legal and compliance partners .
• Act as a champion for user-centered content .
• UX Conversational Designer :
• Familiar with UX conversational design industry standards and principles .
• Familiar with standard UX design processes and research methodologies .
• Translate customer needs and insights into conversational solutions .
• Familiarity with technologies and platforms including chatbots, IVR, LLMs, AI, etc.
• Collaborate with UX team members on the design of multiple virtual assistants and their NLU models.
• Collaborate on improving the models and ensuring seamless integration into conversational interfaces .
• Assisting in research activities and creating prototypes for user testing to continually improve the conversation .
• Familiarity with software used for conversation design, prototype creation and NLU testing .
• Collaborating with copy writers and subject matter experts throughout the company to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance .
• Staying up to date on the latest conversational design trends and technologies .
• UX Lead :
• Familiar with information architecture, interaction design and visual design UX industry standards and principles .
• Familiar with standard UX design processes and research methodologies .
• Familiar with UX design approaches and methodologies to inform planning .
• Responsible for end-to-end product design solutions and strategies .
• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements .
• Collaborate with designers to design experiences aligned requirements .
• Facilitate and lead discovery and design sprints .
• Act as a champion for user-centered design principles and methodologies .
