Create goals and performance measures for regular operations and activities, monitor these regularly to gauge the success of operational approaches, and offer suggestions for ongoing improvement. Reduce customer churn by using conflict resolution skills to settle complex after-sales disputes in a way that promotes client satisfaction. Customer relationship management, gathering client data, comments, and suggestions, and providing regular feedback to headquarters. Perform market research in the US via online and offline platforms to gain anunderstanding of the US cross-border e-commerce market. Participate frequently in local industry fairs across the United States to gather useful data and offer suggestions. Organise resources both internally and externally, support the overall business strategy, and meet all of the company's established performance indicators. Other tasks as assigned.
