What you do Performs incoming inspections of materials including fabric, foam, leather, ultra-leather, and vinylMeasures, marks, and cuts materials to drawings and work instructionsBonds materials using various processes and adhesivesApplies and finish wraps materials to composite and kydex interior panelsSews leather and other finish materials prior to applicationMaintains labor tracking and job card/task sign-offs within ERP/MRP systemFollows safety policies and uses required personal protective equipment in accordance with company and government regulations and guidelinesOther Duties/ResponsibilitiesWorks with Leads and higher skilled technicians to develop and refine skills and techniquesPerforms all assigned tasks in accordance with Pilatus quality standardsFabricates aircraft carpet using cutting, binding, and serging machinesMaintains a clean, safe, and healthy work areaAssists coworkers and other departments to successfully perform job tasks when neededPerforms other related duties as assigned by Lead or Director What you bring High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
