Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Union Counter Sales Representative.
The pay rate for this role is $20 hourly and the schedule is Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, Saturday 8am-12pm Responsibilities: - Operate cash registers and follows established cash handling procedures
- Maintain a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Prepare and stage orders for customer pick up
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised
- Ensure that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas
- Actively engage in developing more effective customer service skills
- Provides honest and trustworthy advice to customers regarding the best products that fit the customers' expectations
- May be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities
Qualifications: - 0-5 years sales and warehouse experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of products is preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid state issued license is required.
- Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
- General math skills to allow for cash accounting
- An ability to learn is a must have!
- Excellent decision making and communication skills
