Position Overview:

The firm is seeking a talented and experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing strategic legal counsel and guidance to our clients in matters related to trusts, estates, wills, and probate. Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Overseeing the administration of trusts and estates, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Providing legal guidance on wealth preservation, tax planning, and asset protection.
• Collaborating with clients and other professionals, such as financial advisors and accountants, to create comprehensive estate plans.
• Handling complex trust and estate litigation when necessary.
• Staying up to date with changes in trust and estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar membership and eligibility to practice law in Illinois.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Trusts & Estates Attorney, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of trusts and estates laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
