Entry-Level Class A CDL Driver (No Experience Required) - El Paso, TX

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $650/week during training; $1,200-$1,400+ per week after training
Location: El Paso, TX


Job Summary

We are hiring Entry-Level Class A CDL Drivers in the El Paso, TX area. No OTR experience is required. Start your trucking career with paid training, guaranteed miles, strong benefits, and long-term opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Applicants must:

• Have completed 120+ hours of CDL school within the last 2 years
• Be 21 years of age or older
• Hold a valid Class A CDL
• Have a current DOT physical
• Pass background check + DOT drug testing (hair or urine)
• Live in or near El Paso, TX

Job Responsibilities

• Complete 4 weeks of national OTR training
• Drive safely and maintain logs
• Deliver freight on time and professionally
• Communicate with dispatch and follow DOT regulations
