Minimum Requirements:

● Current and unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts and BLS CPR certification
● Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in ER or outpatient triage setting
● Culturally sensitive, with a strong interest in serving diverse patient populations
● Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, with a solid understanding of disease processes and age-specific development
● Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiar with outpatient and ambulatory care best practices
● Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
● Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality nursing care in collaboration with physicians and support staff
● Flexible, professional, and reliable, with the ability to adapt to varying patient needs
● Committed to patient-centered care, customer service, and ongoing professional growth
● Bilingual preferred (Spanish, Russian, or Vietnamese)

Principle Responsibilities and Duties:
● Telephonic or in-person triage assessments
● Patient education, ongoing assessment, and support for patients
● Provides nursing support, working closely with medical providers
● Schedule same-day and follow-up provider visits
● Perform nurse visits as needed
● Administer vaccines and medications, as needed

Working Conditions:

● This position involves prolonged use of a telephone and extended periods of computer-based work at a workstation
● It requires the ability to sit for long durations, with occasional standing and walking
● May be required to lift and carry objects typically weighing between 5–20 pounds.
