Job Title: Registered Nurse - MS/Tele Float
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Wilmington, NC (onsite)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Work Hours: Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15)
Total Weekly Hours: 36RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR.

REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years as an RN- at least 1 year MS experience
Traveler Experience: REQUIRED, Unit WILL NOT ACCEPT 1st Time Travelers
Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes
Skills: 1 year Med/Surg
Certs: BLS

PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
ACLS, Telemetry

JOB DETAILS:
Ratios: 1:6 flex based on needs in organization
Shift: 12hr NIGHTS
36 hours ONLY
13-26 weeks accepted
***RTO: 7 days MAX for Aya Auto Offer*** No RTO 5/7-5/14
Float Requirement: Yes, traveler will work with the CNRO(Centralized Resource Nursing Pool). Candidates will float all medical/Surgical floors
Weekend Requirement: every other weekend

**Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team. Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty or disaster. Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid contract may occur and the contract staff may be preassigned to units as needed.

PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Floating between several medical, surgical, and telemetry units. Assisting in caring for patients held in our ED who are inpatient.

SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: **Contract staff may be required to care for patients with COVID. During times of increased census typical ratios may be higher. Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team. Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty or disaster. Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid contract may occur and the contract staff. May be preassigned to units as needed.
UNIT SYSTEMS: PYXIS, EPIC, SBAR.
SCHEDULING TYPE: based on scheduling gaps
UNIT ORIENTATION: 24hrs (2 shifts)
SCRUBS: Navy
