Pride Health is seeking a Branch Director – Home Health (Clinical) to lead clinical and operational oversight for a busy location in Phoenix, AZ . This leadership role is responsible for managing day-to-day branch operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, clinical quality, staff supervision, and achievement of financial and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily branch functions including clinical workflow and administrative operations.
• Supervise and support the Clinical Manager and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and ensure licensure/certification adherence.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to meet budgetary and admission goals.
• Facilitate quality improvement initiatives and quarterly reviews.
• Serve as a liaison between the branch, referral sources, and internal leadership.
• Monitor and resolve patient satisfaction concerns; lead team in enhancing service quality.
• Partner with the sales team to support marketing and growth initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment for all staff members.

Qualifications

Education & Licensure:

• RN, LPN, or LVN license required (AZ active license)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
• CPR certification preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/administrative experience in home health or hospice
• Experience as both a Clinical Manager and Branch Director is required
• Strong familiarity with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system
• Proficiency with OASIS documentation

Skills & Attributes

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Deep understanding of home health operations and compliance
• Experience managing staff, budgets, and clinical performance metrics
• Ability to lead with empathy and accountability in a fast-paced setting
• Must be comfortable floating across duties and stepping into clinical roles when needed

Job Title: Branch Director – Home Health (Clinical) Location: Phoenix, AZ 85016 Contract Length: 14 Weeks (Potential Extension) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 40 hrs/week Local Pay range: $55-$60/hour *Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials. Travel Gross Pay: $2700 - $2880/Week *Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
