\n\nRadiologic Technologist Job Details\n

• Location: Clinton, Maryland (Zip: 20735) – Maryland healthcare jobs\n
• Facility Setting: Cath Lab, with float coverage to Interventional Radiology (IR) and Electrophysiology (EP) labs\n
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (Start: 1/5/2026 – End: 4/6/2026)\n
• Shift: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts/week (06:30 – 19:00)\n
• Total Hours: 36 hours per week\n
• On-call: 5-7 on-call shifts per month\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2030 - $2180\n
• Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics\n
• Unit Details: 4 procedure rooms, daily census 15-20\n

\n\nRadiology Technologist Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab technologist experience required\n
• First-time healthcare travelers accepted (with positive references)\n
• Experience in Interventional Radiology (IR) and Electrophysiology (EP) preferred\n
• Valid ARRT (R) or CCI RCIS certification required\n
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required\n
• Maryland state radiologic technologist license or compact license preferred\n
• Ability to float to IR and EP labs as needed\n
• Two supervisor references required\n
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)\n

\n\nCT/Rad Tech Responsibilities\n

\n
• Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab, including right and left heart catheterizations, primary PCI, vascular/peripheral angiographies, electrophysiology studies, pacemaker and AICD implants, ablations, IABP, SWAN-GANZ, coronary lithotripsy, and microvascular diagnostics\n
• Assist with biopsies (tissue, bone, fluid), paracentesis/thoracentesis, port placements, GJ tubes, nephrostomy tubes, and other advanced radiology procedures\n
• Float to Interventional Radiology and Electrophysiology labs to provide clinical support as needed\n
• Monitor patients and maintain sterile field during all radiologic procedures\n
• Utilize documentation systems (MacLab/CardioLab) and preferred imaging equipment (GE/Philips Fluoro, Philips/Zonaire Ultrasound)\n
• Participate in on-call rotation (5-7 shifts/month)\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including IV therapy, physical therapy, respiratory therapy, phlebotomy, radiology, and rapid response\n
