OVERVIEW: Traditions of America, a national leader in the development of 55+ lifestyle communities, seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Title Processor to join the team at the firm's headquarters in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. In this role, the Title Processor provides a high level of support to the Title Officer.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare documents for real estate closings
• Order title searches and prepare title work for lenders
• Prepare and issue title insurance policies
• Conduct in-person closings
• E-Record Deeds and Mortgages
• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, mail, and packages
• Administrative tasks including answering phone calls, scanning, mailing, and filing
• Light travel to local TOA Communities for closings
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

• Excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate and present at all levels, both internally and externally
• High level of demonstrated customer service and time management skills
• Detail focused and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 2 years prior office experience
• Notary and Title Agent License preferred but not required
