Beaverhead County High School is looking for a positive, pro-active, and team oriented Title I Paraprofessional, who can help provide academic support to students for the 2025-26 school year.
Job Description:
The Skills Lab-Title I Paraprofessional provides instructional support to students who need additional academic assistance, working under the direction of classroom teachers and administration. This position focuses on supporting students in reading, math, science and other core subjects, reinforcing classroom instruction, and assisting with individualized learning plans. The paraprofessional works independently with students and plays a key role in helping students develop essential skills, build confidence, and achieve academic success.
Position Title & Pay:
Position: Title I Instructional Paraprofessional
Salary: Minimum of $15.00/hour plus benefits (Depending on experience)
Calendar and Schedule:
This position will follow the regular 2025-26 school calendar. Normal school hours are 8:00 AM 3:40 PM (6.5 hours) Monday-Thursday and 8:00 AM 2:40 PM (5.5 hours) on Fridays, this time includes an unpaid lunch period. The successful candidate qualifies for health insurance, Montana Teachers Retirement System, and sick and vacation leave.
