ARC Group is seeking a Licensed Title Agent & Closer to join a growing real estate law and title firm specializing in residential and commercial title insurance and real estate transactions. As the firm continues to expand, they are looking for a dedicated professional with at least 3 years of experience in title insurance, processing, closing, and/or marketing within Central Florida.
Our client offers competitive compensation based on experience and existing relationships, including a base salary plus commission. Commission is earned based on origination and may also be available for maintaining certain existing client relationships.

Job Description:
- Review and Process Documentation : Receive, organize, and review documents from lenders, borrowers, and title examiners to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Title and Lien Clearance: Order title searches, payoffs, estoppels, lien searches, and any other necessary items to clear title, serving as the primary point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction.
- Closing Preparation: Prepare and balance Closing Disclosures (CDs) and HUD Settlement Statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Document Preparation: Draft Deeds and other essential documents related to real estate transactions.
- Closing Execution & Notarization: Obtain signatures, explain transaction documents, witness execution, and notarize documents as needed while facilitating smooth communication between all parties.
- Escrow & Disbursement Management:
- Handle all escrow-related tasks, including entering, reviewing, and approving disbursement checks and wire transfers.
- Review and reconcile final disbursement summaries and ledgers post-funding.
- Perform initial authorization for wire transfers.
- Escrow Account Oversight: Monitor escrow accounting reports, resolve outstanding checks, and address open file balance issues.
- Transaction Support: Execute additional escrow and closing-related tasks as needed to ensure a seamless closing process.
- Client Meetings: Travel to and from client locations in Seminole County on a semi-regular basis to facilitate closings.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in title insurance processing, closing, and/or marketing within Central Florida.
- Licensing: Must hold an active Florida Title Agent License.
- Client Base: Must have an established book of business with clients willing to transition to the firm upon joining.
- Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
