Opportunity:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Temporary Data Entry Clerks. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and contribute! This role offers the potential for future assignments, providing flexibility and the possibility of long-term opportunities. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll collaborate with our internal data management team to ensure accurate and efficient data entry.

Schedule:

Fridays (once a month) and Saturdays (2-3 times a month)
Times to be determined (subject to change)
We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability
Location:
This position is based at our headquarters in Palmetto, FL (not remote).

Responsibilities:

Transfer data from paper formats collected during events into our database using a laptop and mouse
Accurately interpret and input handwritten information into our database
Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source documents
Update and maintain existing data records
Organize and file paperwork after data entry to ensure nothing is misplaced
Assist with other tasks as needed
Qualifications:

Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
Ability to type quickly and accurately (40-45 words per minute with 80-90% accuracy)
Keen attention to detail is a must
Basic understanding of databases
Good command of English, both spoken and written
Strong customer service skills
Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required
