Job Description

Join us in building scalable, authentic learning experiences that will shape the next generation of engineers and project managers across Amazon Robotics, enabled by the power of technology.

Amazon Robotics is looking for a Technical Training Specialist to join the Learning Experience & Technology (LExT) team. LExT sits within the Amazon Robotics - Business Operations and Strategy (BOS) team, and owns the operational learning vertical of Amazon Robotics. LExT's mission is to empower Amazon Robotics and its customers worldwide by creating a learning ecosystem through multi-modal delivery of knowledge enriched by learner analytics and data-driven decisions. By providing the right learning at the right time, localized and evaluated for performance, we enable safe and efficient decisions, driving high standards and global scalability for successful AR solutions engagement. We are comprised of 3 main verticals: Products, Safety, and Enablement.

The Technical Training Specialist will support the Products vertical by defining and influencing learning programs for all users of Amazon Robotics technologies, specifically developing content and delivering training to RME technicians for new robotics technologies. The ideal candidate demonstrates a passion for upholding rigorous safety standards and following procedural requirements while looking beyond what's been done and embracing innovation to scale to the growing needs of Amazon Robotics globally.

In order to be effective, qualified candidates must possess a technical background and prior technical experience to enable them to deeply understand and relate to the technical content with which they will work, and the audiences for whom they will develop content. They must be able to dive deep into the technical aspects of a topic and understand it themselves, and then translate that understanding into high quality training content and programs for other technical audiences.

This role can be tied to a local FC or one of these corporate locations: Boston, Austin, or Seattle.
