We are seeking Technical Support resources to support customer environment operations. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where strong task ownership and drive can generate tremendous results and recognition. Successful candidates must have excellent customer service skills and be able to change priorities quickly to meet changing mission needs. Eligibility: Must be a US Citizen Must have an active TS/SCI clearance. Must be able to obtain Client Suitability prior to starting employment Must have 4+ years of related experience Must have the ability to lift at least 70 pounds repeatedly Must be able to travel within the United States, Territories & Possessions, as required Responsibilities : pply current technologies to the design, development, evaluation and integration of computer information systems and networks to maintain system security Travelling to support hardware deployments up to 40 percent of the time Coordinate with multiple key stakeholders to facilitate the deployment and installation of server hardware across the United States Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of servers into existing infrastructure Involved in a wide range of issues including secure architectures, network security, information security and privacy Responsible for ensuring the protection of client data against unauthorized disclosure, accidental or intentional loss of data, or unauthorized modification Providing status of work in progress, material availability, and potential delivery problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting enhancements to deployment processes and methodologies Other duties as assigned and required. Required Skills: Experience and/or familiarity with one or more of the following: Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Microsoft Windows, KVM, SharePoint, Citrix, COTS Security Devices Experience installing, maintaining, and configuring operating systems, applications, and systems Experience and/or familiarity with the following network protection devices: Firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), log analysis, malware analysis, network traffic flow and packet analysis Knowledge and understanding of operating systems, networks and services Manage changes to systems and assesses the security impact of those changes Experience and/or familiarity with one or more of the following: TCP/IP, Cisco switches and routers, firewalls, taps bility to work independently on a multitude of assigned tasks Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Strong team player Proficiency with MS Office Applications Must be able to work collaboratively across agencies and physical locations Desired Skills: dvanced experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019. Experience developing and maintaining Technical Documentation and instructions.
