Akkodis is seeking a Technical Support for a Contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC(Hybrid) . You will troubleshoot complex issues, provide remote and on-site support, and ensure optimal system performance for end users.

Rate Range: $35/hour to $38/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technical Support job responsibilities include:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, servers, and networking equipment.

• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues for end users, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

• Providing remote and on-site support, including responding to escalated issues and delivering timely solutions.

• Supporting and maintaining trading applications, ensuring system uptime and optimal performance for users.

• Assisting with the installation and configuration of MS Office suites (2013, 2016, 2019, 365) and Windows Server versions (2012, 2016, 2019).

• Providing end-user training and guidance on software and system usage.

• Utilizing PowerShell for system administration and automation tasks.

• Collaborating with other technical teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and tools.

• Supporting clients in different locations with on-call assistance as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting.

• Experience supporting and maintaining trading applications and financial systems.

• Proficiency with Windows 10, MS Office (2013, 2016, 2019, 365), and SQL client.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $38.00 per hour
