• AI, Data & Analytics: Deploying advanced AI and ML solutions, business analytics to extract actionable insight, data engineering for data warehousing, real-time processing and integrated quality data and platform architecture focusing on cloud and hybrid solutions, security and solution selection and integration. 
• IT Transformation: Delivering technology services, covering application lifecycle management, CRM implementation, systems integration, contact center solutions, product resale, and IT infrastructure management. Our approach ensures seamless operations and enhanced customer engagement, optimizing technology investments for diverse businesses. 
• Mission Support: Specializing in System Engineering Technical Assistance and operations support services to streamline system integration and optimization while ensuring operational excellence for modern enterprises.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Task Manager to oversee and manage a team focused on supporting both legacy products and modernization efforts within healthcare administration. This role involves leading and coordinating the team while ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic goals. The successful candidate will have the ability to provide guidance in the hiring and interviewing process, ensuring team members possess the necessary skills, and will oversee tasks to meet long-term organizational objectives.

This is an onsite position in Falls Church, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with the hiring and interviewing process, ensuring that candidates with the appropriate skill sets are selected to support ongoing initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance the skillset of the team, ensuring expertise in legacy products while supporting modernization efforts and technology improvements.
• Coordinate with senior leadership and other departments to ensure alignment with the organization’s overall mission, vision, and strategic goals.
• Ensure that the team adheres to both internal and external compliance standards and regulations.
• Oversee daily operations of the team, ensuring efficiency, timely completion of tasks, and meeting project milestones.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 16+ years of total professional experience.
• 5-10 years as an active Task Manager leading/managing a team of similar size and complexity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired, or similar government sectors.
• US Citizenship is required.
