The schedule includes a mandatory orientation on Monday, July 28th from 11:00am to 4:00pm, with classes starting Tuesday, July 29th. Classes run 8 hours Tuesday through Friday, with shifts from 7:00am to 3:00pm or 4:00pm to 12:00am (choose one). The program lasts 6 weeks for Blackjack & Roulette or 9 weeks for Blackjack & Craps. Day-to-day duties include hands-on game training to learn dealing popular casino games with accuracy and professionalism, practicing guest service excellence, and understanding game integrity rules and procedures to ensure fairness and safety. Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, have a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, can pass a basic math test, and can attend all training classes.
