**Supply Chain Manager/Warehouse Manager**

at Curative Inc. Washington, DC The Curative COVID- 19 Program is rolling out the distribution of COVID-19 resources at mobile and fixed sites across the country. The Warehouse Manager will work collaboratively with site leads to oversee the operations of the warehouses inventory & supply.

**Responsibilities:**

* Oversees the warehouse and inventory and assists with management of warehouse personnel

* Implements cycle counting for consumable products

* Works with Site Leads to ensure daily delivery drops from warehouse to labs

* Oversees all receiving, warehousing and distribution

* Arranges for internal and external shipment of goods

* Maintains and cleans inventory via inventory management software

* Operates forklift, hand truck, palette jack, utility carts

* Communicates and reports on daily deliveries with Site Leads

* Stages, loads, and orchestrates all deliveries to and from the lab

* Climb and descend stairs and carry up to 50 pounds at a time

* Stand/Walk during shifts lasting upwards of 8 hours

* Accountable for ensuring deliveries and supply transfers are made in a timely fashion

* Reports directly to Supply Chain site leads & assists with data reports, inventory analysis, and supply management at request of Site Leads

* Responsible for maintaining accurate and timely Database accounting transactions pertaining to responsibilities listed

**Qualifications:**

* Associates or Some College Required, Bachelors Degree (preferred)

* Minimum 3-5 years experience in management position of Warehouse or large Distribution Center

* Extensive knowledge of ERP, WMS or related Softwares

* Sitting & Standing Forklift Operator/heavy equipment certification (required)

**Preferred Skills & Experience:**

* Effective Communication skills

* Organized and reliable

* Tech savvy (tools used: Apple and PC laptops, barcode scanners, Google & Excel Spreadsheets, Slack, Google Drive, Notion etc.)

* Good overall health: able to stand for 8-hour intervals and lift 50+ pounds

* Willing, if needed, to be tested for COVID-19

* Comfortable wearing PPE (mask, gloves, goggles, coveralls) for 8-hour intervals
