This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We invite you to come innovate with mentors who will challenge you to develop meaningful skills. You’ll contribute your creativity and outstanding ideas, while working alongside T-Mobile employees. We’ll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.

The SEO team at T-Mobile is dedicated to driving organic traffic and enhancing customer experiences through search. Our team collaborates with multiple departments to optimize web content, improve site performance, and implement strategic SEO best practices. We’re passionate about creating seamless, user-focused digital journeys that amplify T-Mobile’s brand presence and connect us with millions of customers nationwide.
What You’ll Do
As an SEO intern, you’ll work on projects that directly impact our organic reach and customer acquisition. You’ll gain hands-on experience conducting keyword research, assisting in on-page optimization and helping us to drive organize traffic to the T-Mobile website. Past interns have contributed to high-profile SEO initiatives, gaining insights into how search and content strategies drive business outcomes at scale.

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.
Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
