Position: Store Manager

Location: Honolulu

Industry: Retail

Salary: $90,000 $95,000 annually (plus bonus)

Parking: Provided on-site

We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales and customer satisfaction, and create a positive, high-performance team culture. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and is passionate about team development and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of store operations, including staffing, customer service, merchandising, inventory, and safety.

  • Build and motivate a high-performing team to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

  • Monitor store performance and financials, including budgeting, reporting, and profit & loss analysis.

  • Train and develop staff, oversee recruitment, and ensure adherence to company standards.

  • Ensure compliance with inventory management best practices and timely receiving processes.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.

  • Collaborate with corporate departments including HR, IT, Marketing, and Operations.

  • Represent the brand at local events, promotions, and community outreach opportunities.

  • Travel occasionally to attend meetings, training, or support nearby stores.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of retail or related industry experience; at least 5 years in a management or assistant management role.

  • Associate or Bachelors degree in business or a related field preferred.

  • Strong leadership, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

  • Experience analyzing store data and driving business decisions.

  • Comfortable using ERP systems (NetSuite experience a plus).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment.

  • Must be able to work 50+ hours per week, including Saturdays if required.

  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
