STAR Aquatics is currently accepting applications for Full & Part Time Coaches & Swim School Instructor positions as well as a Swim School Coordinator.STAR is a year-round swim program serving swimmers of all levels by offering programs in competitive swimming, non-competitive swim groups and lessons programs. STAR Aquatics is a Level 3 Program in USA Swimming's Club Recognition Program and has a history of developing young athletes. Our Mission: "Star Aquatics exists solely for the benefit of the swimmer. Our goal is to help individuals reach their full potential in life through swimming, sportsmanship, and team involvement. We strive to develop the person within the athlete." We do this through teaching and stroke development and most importantly valuing the importance of the relationship we develop with our swimmers.STAR is looking for individuals who are energetic, knowledgeable, ethical, and able to communicate with parents, fellow coaches and swimmers of all ages. Candidates should be organized, professional and understand the importance of leading by example while inspiring a love for swimming and healthy competition. You must be able to work as part of a coaching team and have or be willing to get applicable certifications (first aid, CPR, safety training for swim coaches, etc.).
