Job Description & RequirementsSummary:
The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of the SICU and CSICU on the Moses Campus. Works with hospital leadership team to
identify and resolve issues. This position is responsible for creating, organizing and monitoring schedules for department personnel and for analyzing staffing needs. Keeps abreast of in-service and annual requirements and resolves any issues in order to achieve complete
and timely compliance. Creates and runs operational reports and presents findings to leadership (e.g., dashboards). Develops and distributes communications on special events. Maintains personnel files.
