$123k - 161k + annual bonus

Job Description

The RN Nursing Services Director is an integral part of the leadership team directing all clinic functions, overseeing all clinic staff, and ensuring appropriate staffing along with high-quality standards of care. Direct responsibility for the hiring, evaluation, supervision, and termination of the clinic staff including RN, LPN/LVN, Medication Reconciliation Nurse, Medical Assistant, and Clinic Clerk. The position is on-site at the center Monday through Friday from 8a to 5pm and participates daily in the morning team meetings.

REQUIRED
- Current state issued Registered Nurse License
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or the ability to obtain BLS
- 10+ yrs health care experience
- 3+ yrs supervising staff
- Skilled in using EMR systems and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) 

PREFERRED
- Bachelor's or master's in nursing, healthcare, or related field.
- Bi-lingual
- 5+ yrs supervising staff
- EPIC EMR
