LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their client on a direct hire basis in Charlotte, NC. This company has an excellent culture and a strong benefit package.

Responsibilities:

• Heavy reconciliations
• Posting journal entries
• Month-end close
• Posting various accounting data
• Preparing reports
• Additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required
• At least 3-4 years of hands-on general ledger experience
• Excel skills (pivot tables and vlookups)

Compensation:

• The anticipated range for this position is between $65,000 and $70,000 depending on experience. This position comes with PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401k, EAP, tuition reimbursement and more.

Work site:

• Hybrid; 3 days on-site, 2 days work from home
