We have an opening for a Sr. Print Production ProjectManager.Tukaiz has a strong focus on printing on offset, large format, roll fed and digital presses with inventory management and fulfillment services.As a Sr. Print Production ProjectManager, you are responsible for providingcommunication to clients through all stages of the printing process and maintaining strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service. You must have experience in the print industry with offset printing, along some experience in large format, grand format, banner, flat bed, digital printing and finishing.The right candidate will have the following qualifications and skills: Knowledge and experience in offset printing and finishingacross multiple channels including prepress, print (Large Format, Digital and Conventional), Bindery, Finishing, Kitting and Shipping. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to effectively communicate with clients and all internal teams. Understand industry processes and techniques needed to write up and manage print production jobs. Be able to quickly learn new processes and techniques forprojects based on Tukaiz best practices and manufacturing workflow. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills. At least 5 years of experience in the printing industry, with knowledge of all facets of the printing process from prepress to bindery, fulfillment, and logistics services. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel a must.Understanding pivot tables and formulas to process data provided by clients is strongly suggested for consideration of this position. Knowledge of a Business Management System (i.e. EFI ePace) a must. Experience with USPS, direct mail and EDDM is a plus.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor incoming communications of clients forprojects and respond in a timely and professional manner. Review incoming work for accuracy against purchase orders and or work orders submitted by clients. Communicate with clients as needed to keepprojects on schedule and within budgets. Accurately enter orders into the business management system and the production schedule. Communicate with outside vendors as needed. Work with all department leads and personal as needed to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of allprojects. Manage changes to jobs, work orders and purchase orders; and keep production schedules updated. Monitor and track the production of jobsto ensure timely completion. Manage all paperwork and data necessary to correctly and accurately pack out programs for delivery. Maintain documentation workflow through completion of aproject. Close out completed jobs and send up for billing. Performs other duties as requested.
