JOB PURPOSE
The Sr Director, Ecommerce - for Fanatics Collectibles will be responsible for fostering our 3rd party digital retail Marketplace and growing our Ecommerce revenue on our owned website (Topps.com) . This role demands a seasoned leader that will work hand-in-hand with our digital, product, tech and marketing teams, lead and manage a team, and deliver against all key performance metrics and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling on 3rd party retail marketplaces and growing revenue on DTC Ecommerce platforms. This role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
RESPONSIBILITES
3rd Party E-Commerce
Develop and implement a comprehensive 3rd party e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets
Identify new growth opportunities and innovative approaches to maximize sales across various 3rd party platforms
Oversee the day-to-day operations of 3rd party e-commerce channels by managing product listings, optimizing price and promotions, and inventory management
Develop relationships and negotiate commercial terms with new 3rd party platforms
Empower your team to test & learn by measuring program effectiveness, providing insights on how to optimize in future. Lead analysis of all programs and establish programs to drive continuous improvement
Ensure all 3rd party e-commerce operations comply with relevant regulations, policies, and best practices
Build, manage, and refine online assortment, price management and product/content story presentations
Identify and mitigate potential risks related to 3rd party platform operations.
Topps.com Develop and implement a comprehensive topps.com Sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets
Determine appropriate product launch strategy (e.g. traditional, pre order, auction) for each release that will drive sales velocity, profitability and maintains brand integrity
Lead merchandising strategies to ensure a compelling product assortment, timely updates, and effective promotions that align with collector trends and market demand
Partner with performance marketing teams to support revenue and growth objectives
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operating metrics. Implement improvements based on data-driven insights
EXPERIENCE NEEDED Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of eCommerce experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience managing online stores on Amazon Seller Central, Walmart or other related 3rd party marketplaces
Proven track record driving eCommerce sales and marketing strategies
Experience in demand planning , sensing, and pricing
Experience with e-commerce tools and platforms (e.g. Seller Central, Jungle Scout, Helium 10)
Strong understanding of online merchandising and user experience best practices.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Candidate must have keen business acumen, advanced online customer analytical skills
Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
Strong curiosity, interest, and intrigue for the trading cards industry

The salary range for this position is $188,750 - $235,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
