Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist(T) with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MES Val & Automated Testing MES Val & Manual Testing MES L4/L3 & L2 Integration and Rockwell FTPS. Experience in COTS Products (LS Mfg&SC) is a plus. This role is based in our office and operates during day shifts. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and validation of MES systems to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Oversee automated and manual testing processes to guarantee the highest quality of MES solutions.
• Provide technical expertise in MES L4/L3 & L2 Integration to optimize system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute testing strategies for MES solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all testing and validation activities.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for testing procedures results and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MES systems to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of testing protocols to align with evolving industry best practices.
• Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development and technical skill enhancement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights for project planning and execution.
• Utilize Rockwell FTPS to enhance system integration and data management capabilities.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of MES systems.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in project progress.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in MES Val & Automated Testing.
• Demonstrate proficiency in MES Val & Manual Testing.
• Have extensive experience in MES L4/L3 & L2 Integration.
• Show proficiency in using Rockwell FTPS.
• Experience with COTS Products (LS Mfg&SC) is a plus.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Maintain a detail-oriented and organized approach to documentation and testing procedures.
• Have a proactive attitude towards continuous learning and improvement.
• Show capability to mentor and guide junior team members.
