Job Description

A private family located in Manhasset, Long Island is seeking a highly experienced Rotational Nanny to join their team! The family speaks Spanish, so having someone whose native language is Spanish is very important!


The Ideal Candidate: A native Spanish speaker that has at least 15 years of experience in Nannying. Someone with Rotational experience is preferred. This person will have had worked long-term for families and can provide a reference for those positions. Someone flexible and adaptable and has worked in a staffed home and understands the team environment. Someone with strong planning, organizational and multitasking skills with minimal supervision. An individual that is knowledgeable and proactive in understanding developmental stages and teaching children.


What Works Best for Family: As a 24/7 position, the rota nanny would need to arrive on Tuesday evening to start work on Wednesday morning. There will be a handover every week on Tuesday evening between the nannies for a seamless transition. Even though it's a 24/7 position, the nanny is only working when the kids are up until they are sleeping which is roughly 6:30/7-7:30/8 depending on their naps and days. After the kids go to bed, the nanny keeps the baby monitor for the twins and mom keeps the monitor for 5 year old.

Position Responsibilities

• Childcare: 03 Children, Ages 5 years old and 2 year old twins
• Housekeeping: Light Housekeeping Required
• Cooking: Children's Meals Only
• Laundry: Children Laundry Only
• Driving: Drivers License is required
• Travel: Must be flexible to travel internationally and domestically with the family when required.

Position Requirements

• Work Hours: 7 days on/off, Wednesday - Tuesday
• Languages: Native Spanish & English is preferred
• Experience: At least 15 years of experience in Nannying (Rotational experience is preferred)
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background: Background check upon contingent offer of hire

Position Compensation

• Salary: $120,000 /Yearly + Benefits
• Living Accommodations: Live In on ON days, Live Out on OFF days
