Picco

Picco, the software agent, is powering AI operations for all knowledge work, starting with Go-to-Market (GTM) operations. Picco builds software skills to execute repetitive tasks that take up 50% of knowledge workers' time. We are solving both the redundant task and workflow challenges as well as the copy-paste challenges between the many SaaS tools it takes to run an organization. Picco automates tasks from your own words, not built by drag and drop workflows. We're seeking a Solutions Engineer to use our semi-automated system to add skills for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Join in customer conversations to understand requirements.
• Scope and write new skills and tasks (Typescript code) for the system (using LLMs where possible).
• Evaluate and add API connections
• Write prompts
• Write and run tests (again, using LLMs where possible) customer tasks and system skills
• Provide feedback to the team on improvements to the core system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
• 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience
• 1+ years LLM prompting and prompt-chain writing experience
• Examples of customer-facing working experience is a plus
