Smarter Energy Services is currently seeking experienced solar agents to join our team in a full-time sales position here in NYC.
Note : This is an in-person (not remote) role, based in our Brooklyn office.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in sales, ideally in one of the following fields: solar, home improvement, B2B, ESCO, or a related industry.
Associates will be responsible for generating new business for both residential and commercial rooftops and/or community solar. SES sales agents will handle inbound customer inquiries from multiple leads generation sources, schedule in-person/in-home solar consultations, and close new customer accounts; both rooftop and community solar.
ATTRIBUTES:
Min of 1-year solar sales experience
2+ years of overall sales experience
CRM software experience: preferred, but not required
History of proven sales success
Multi-lingual; preferred, but not required
