Job DescriptionSoftware Support Analyst Up to $75K25370Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in the search for a Software Support Analyst to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for supporting internal users and training new users on the applications in the environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues Train new employees on the main software applicationsAnalyze data trends from the software databases to support business operations Create and maintain user and technical documentation for applications Liaison between technical and non-technical usersAssist with customer reporting REQUIREMENTS:2+ years of experience training end users on software 2+ years of software troubleshooting experience Proficient with SQL Server Queries PREFERRED SKILLS:Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP SSRS reporting exposure ASP.Net development knowledge TERMS:This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary up to $75K based on experience.
