If you are excited about orchestrating releases across Retail Engineering that powers the online store, physical store, apple store app and other Retail touchpoint and that can have a direct impact on ease of purchase, customer experience, affordability, fulfillment and business growth, we want you to join our versatile and dynamic team. **Description** As a Release Project Manager, you will be the key collaborator at the core of all handle various types of software release activities across Retail Engineering with primary focus on software release planning and execution! **Minimum Qualifications** + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Interest in work related to being a Release Project Manager. + Exposure or experience in Engineering Project or Program Management. **Preferred Qualifications** + Aptitude for gathering insightful release metrics and reporting. + Experience with preparing clear and structured documentation and effective presentation skills. + Ability to manage multiple tracks and priorities with ease and efficiency. + Strong interpersonal skills to influence, resolve conflicts and gain alignment across teams. + Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills. + Expertise in identifying risks and devising mitigation plans + Experience with leading clear, comprehensive communication to all partners and management **Pay & Benefits** At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $35.82 and $53.85/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
