Job Title: Smartsheet Specialist
Location: Boston, MA 02109
Duration: 3+ Months (Onsite Role)
The primary objective of the Smartsheet Specialist role is to serve as the thought leader in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of a repository of tools, templates, processes, best practices, and methodologies to manage planning, estimation, and execution of Smartsheet activities across various departments. As a trusted solution and technical advisor, you will provide expertise to ensure successful Smartsheet deployment and adoption. This role requires a proven track record of technical leadership, exceptional customer-facing skills, and consultative solution experience. You will help shape the strategic direction of Smartsheet initiatives, turning it into a strategic and viable practice across the organization.
Responsibilities:✔️ Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Smartsheet tools, including Control Center, Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, and Resource Management.
✔️ Experience: Proven technical leadership and customer-facing consultative solution experience.
✔️ Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
