The primary objective of the IS&T PPM&G (Lean Portfolio Management) – Smartsheet Specialist position is to be the thought leader in the development, maintenance, and continual improvement of a reusable repository of tools, templates, processes, best practices, and methodologies to manage the planning, estimation, and execution of Smartsheet activities across DB&T and Business. You will serve as a trusted solution and technical advisor during the implementation process and provide expertise that ensures successful Smartsheet deployment and adoption. A proven track record of technical leadership, outstanding customer-facing skills, as well as consultative solution experience is required. Help shape the direction of the DB&T PPM&G in evangelizing Smartsheet; turning it into a strategic, viable, and supported practice. Must have in-depth knowledge of: All Smartsheet tools Control Center Data Shuttle Dynamic View Resource Management Description: Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems; Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements; Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems; Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.
