Job Description: We are currently seeking skilled laborers to join our dynamic team. As a skilled laborer, you will play a crucial role in various construction projects, including but not limited to interior/exterior painting, drywall installation/repairs, demolition, flooring, and stucco repairs. From minor repairs to intricate installations, our laborers are instrumental in ensuring each project meets our high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Perform interior/exterior painting tasks with precision and attention to detail (including cabinet painting)
• Execute drywall installation and repairs proficiently
• Conduct demolition work for kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and interior walls
• Perform minor stucco repairs as needed
• Assist with interior framing projects, including framing for new walls or door openings
• Install interior/exterior doors, baseboards, casings, and crown molding
• Execute other handyman-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in construction or contracting
• Ability to work full-time, 40-hour weeks
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
• Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting project deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
