Bloomington Office Normal, Illinois Compensation **$15.00-$17.00 / HR** his position has an Immediate Opening for a qualified driver:

25+ Age

DOT Medical Card (or able to obtain)

Qualified to drive Passenger Cars, SUVs, & Sprinter Vans

Class D License Required

Previous driving job experience preferred

CDL not required, but preferred

Clean Driving Record

General Job Description: Spend your work assignment transporting corporate clients to and from local stops and destinations on a fixed, daily schedule. The primary assigned vehicle will be a Mercedes Benz Sprinter with an Executive Interior. You will work alongside our existing team of Commercial Drivers appointed on this Corporate Contract in an exciting & emerging new market! Specific Job Duties: Job duties of Full-Time Shuttle Van Driver (Night Shift) include, but are not limited to: Are responsible for the safety of the passengers and the safe operation of any company equipment Must observe all applicable traffic laws Must serve as the Companys customer service representative while operating Company equipment or at any time, both on- and off-duty. Must notify Dispatch about work availability and coordinate all scheduled driving assignments with Dispatch. Must complete pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections Must inspect all scheduled use vehicles, commercial or otherwise, for completeness and/or safe operation prior to operation Must notify Company of any discrepancies or unsafe equipment prior to operation, while assigned to scheduled shuttle, or while operating equipment, per federal and state regulations and per Company safety standards Must report any schedule delays and/or accidents to Dispatch in a timely, expedited manner Must maintain and process all necessary paperwork and required records per FMSCA regulations and per Company policies, including the processing of accident and incident reports. Must be able to read and understand all schedules and itineraries Must be able to competently use all way-finding tools and/or devices, including maps and GPS devices and must be able to discern and use the correct commercial vehicle routes according to height restrictions demanded by all Company-equipment driven. Must keep the vehicle clean and presentable each and every day while on a shuttle; must keep it sanitized according to Company-accepted health/safety procedures.

Required Skills and Experience: Must have obtained a high school diploma or GED Must consent to and pass a mandatory pre-employment drug test per FMCSA regulations. Must pass a criminal background investigation- Using Fair Hiring Practice Standards Must have a clear driving record, which shows no major accidents and no more than two (2) moving violations in the previous three (3) years from the date of your application to the Company. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must have excellent (verbal, written & interpersonal) communication and listening skills. Must be physically able to perform all essential job functions, including being able to lift over fifty (50) pounds, on an irregular basis. The ability to load, transfer and unload passengers luggage and other personal belongings with care and discretion is considered an essential job function for this position. Must be neat, well-groomed and appropriately uniformed in Company-issued and -approved uniform. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations: All company vehicles are extensively cleaned, and drivers are expected to maintain these cleaning levels throughout their shift with their assigned vehicle.
