Responsibilities

•Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
•Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
•Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
•Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
•Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner

Qualifications

•Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
•Present yourself in a professional manner
•Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
•Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car Thrive Realty Company
